3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities
To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Provide accurate and complete business information.
Ensure that your business, products, or services comply with all applicable laws and advertising policies (including Facebook & Google’s ad guidelines).
Provide timely responses and necessary access (e.g., ad accounts, tracking tools) for campaign execution.
Failure to provide necessary access or information may result in delays or limited campaign performance, for which we are not responsible.

4. Payment & Fees
4.1 Pricing & Billing
Pricing for our Services will be outlined in a separate proposal, agreement, or invoice provided before work begins.
Payment is due as per the agreed-upon terms, typically monthly, in advance, or as otherwise stated in the contract.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4.2 No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of digital advertising, all payments are non-refundable.
If you wish to discontinue our Services, you must provide written notice before the next billing cycle.
5. Ad Spend & Budget Management
Ad budgets are paid directly to the respective ad platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) and are separate from Argyle Interactive’s service fees.
We will manage and optimize your ad spend efficiently, but we cannot guarantee specific results, as digital advertising performance depends on various external factors.
6. Performance & Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies to scale businesses through paid ads, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as sales, leads, or ROI. Factors such as market conditions, competition, and audience behavior affect results.

Client success depends on:

A proven offer and business model capable of converting leads.
Active participation in funnel and ad strategy improvements.
Maintaining compliance with ad platform policies.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership of Work
Any ad creatives, landing pages, or marketing assets developed by Argyle Interactive remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use delivered assets solely for the purposes outlined in the agreement.
7.2 Use of Client Branding
We may use your company’s name, logo, and campaign results for case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials, unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure.
Argyle Interactive will not disclose client data, advertising strategies, or proprietary information to third parties, except as required by law or agreed upon for execution.
9. Termination of Services
9.1 Client-Initiated Termination
You may cancel our Services by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before termination.
9.2 Agency-Initiated Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our agreement if:

A client fails to pay on time or breaches these Terms.
The business or advertising practices violate legal or ethical standards.
Collaboration becomes unworkable due to non-responsiveness or disputes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Argyle Interactive is not liable for any lost revenue, decreased sales, or indirect damages arising from the use of our Services.
We are not responsible for any account bans, platform suspensions, or policy violations resulting from a client’s content, offer, or business practices.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the last 30 days.
11. Third-Party Services & Advertising Platforms
Our Services rely on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, and email marketing providers.
We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for policy changes, algorithm updates, or system downtimes that may impact campaign performance.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be posted on our Website. Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
